What do you want?
For those few who read my blog regularly – you know who you are – I have a question. I want to know what you want to see in this blog henceforth.
1. Continue with stories from my life as I transition into the new world.
2. Post anecdotes from my past.
3. A bit of both.
4. Close the blog.
Please post your replies as a comment. I could have created a poll but I didn’t for the following two reasons:
1. I tried to, but it failed miserably.
2. I’d rather get complete opinions.
So “feedback” please!!!
Hey, I linked here off one of the few other consulting blogs a couple months ago and have been checking in once a week since then. I’m an aspiring strategy consultant (ie. one year of college left).
There aren’t a lot of blogs out there that address the underside of consulting, so I think all people usually hear is how the consulting companies are marketing themselves… I guess I’m saying that this blog has been an interesting resource, and I’d hate to lose it if you went with option 4.
I’d definitely like more anecdotes about consulting life (maybe a bit on the good parts as well), and wouldn’t mind reading about how the transition is going, since that could be me or one of my friends in a couple of years.
Of course, this is just my somewhat insignificant, anonymous opinion, but I vote 3.
3 for sure

My suggestion is to just write whatever you want to write about. Don’t write for us; write for yourself.
#3 sounds good. #4 not as good, but that’s just being selfish on my part.
Take #3 as long as you enjoy sharing your past and present experiences this way. If it ain’t fun, it’s wasted time – I second the Consultant Ninja in that – regardless of the fact that if would be a shame to see you stop doing it.
No. 3 please. And some jokes about Russians.
